Controversial coriander (at least for the 30% of the population who hate it) is one of my personal favourite herbs! It adds interest to so many meals, from Thai to Mexican to Vietnamese dishes. I find that planting two or three coriander plants (which is planting just 2-3 coriander seeds) provides plenty of fresh herbs for an entire season.
