I Grew Floret Little Flower Girl Zinnias (In Australia)

This was my first go at growing Floret’s zinnias and they worked out!

The seed company Veggie & Flower Garden Seeds brought the Floret Originals seeds over to Australia this year (after being quarantined and thus off limits to anywhere outside of the US), so I had to try growing some!

There are a whole heap of fun Floret Originals varieties, but due to the expense of importing them to Australia, one packet ran at around $35! I only indulged in one packet of the Floret Little Flower Girl variety and I thought I’d share my results below. The colouring is really pretty and they are smaller sized blooms, but very cute. I don’t regret the investment!

And if you’re looking for other flowers to grow beyond zinnias, check out my Seasonal Planting Calendar for ideas below too!
