FREE! 2023 Brisbane School Garden Planting Calendar

Looking for a Brisbane school garden planting calendar? Check the link below!

Hi everyone,

I’ve created a very simple Brisbane planting calendar for anyone who wants to know what to plant at schools in Brisbane and SE Queensland.

I personally think that planting a school garden is easiest in Term 2 and Term 3 when the weather is milder in Brisbane. For this reason, I also personally plant the bulk of my vegetables and flowers at the start of Autumn and the start of Spring in my home garden. I also plant from seed of course — Salisbury Grange is an (organic, heirloom) seed company! I’ve included what I’ll personally be growing below and all photos are from Loganlea State High School in Queensland - a school that is doing amazing things with the help of The Mini Farm Project.

Happy growing!

Phoebe
